Christmas Delivery

Just a quick update to let you know that the Christmas delivery is little patchy.

Last delivery date is really by the 23rd as I dont want any flowers to get stacked in the post. Mail is stil being delivered on 24th but just to be safe ;) x

So ! Get the orders in for your loved or for your self - flowers make everyone happy and will last you until next year if little looked after !

Just to give you some ideas take a look at this:

Some Flowers may also be poisonous so dont eat just any old flower ! :)
But you can safely try those :

Angelica

May be skin allergen to some individuals. Good with fish and the stems are especially popular candied. Tastes like: celery-flavoured

Borage

Has a fresh light cucumber flavor. Nice and Hairy too :)

Calendula

Tastes like: poor man's saffron, spicy, tangy, peppery, adds a golden hue to foods

Carnation

Tastes like: spicy, peppery, clove-like

what ? christmas? already ?

Hello gang !

So apparently the christmas is coming and that really took me by surprise because I really havent had any time what so ever to even start thinking about it !!
I really though that starting my new little business would be little easi-er ! :)
The problem is - and I am sure you will agree that everything is taking sooooo long to happen ! Bank account opening 0 sure we will call you with 3-10 buiness days!! what ??
Internet connection, phone line installation - broad band providers took it for granted to connect me with 4-5 weeks ! Why soo looong !! ..and dont even get me started on google indexing my page ..
Anyhow enough of complaining, it is time to act !
I have sent last 2 weeks online trying to promote my business but progress is - you guest it - slooow ! :)
On the other hand I have received lovely emails from some of the people that bought flowers from me - that was significant pat on the back and serious lift-me-up !

Anyway, I should go - lot of work to be done still and dont forget, if you even remotely considering to buy any flower visit http://www.florela.co.uk - you will not be disapointed ;) xx

Hello World - I had a revelation !

After speaking to some friends yesterday it cam to my attention that apparently one of the main reason why people dont buy flowers online is bad pass experience with the quality of the flowers or simply the fact that they dont know what they are buying as the cannot see the flowers beforehand.

So - as from now I am offer an extra service on my webshop - on request I will send every customer the photo of the actual flower bouquet being dispatchet safely packed in our specially designed box.

Like this all the customers can see exactly what they have paid for !

I can tell you from experiance that the difference between the pictures you see in the online shops are often miles from the truth.
We are at least doing all of our photography a the premisse by ourself but many florist out the just simply buy or share the pictures.

Well we see - hopefully this will give the buyers more confidence to buy from florela ;)

Hello Everybody:)!!
Today I will try to explain how online florists work.
Flowers are the best option in case of late remembered wedding anniversary, birthday or special occasion.It is easy just to click the pre-selected category of flowers online and have them delivered the next day. Easy !
An online flower delivery service is a fast and easy way to get your floral gift pretty much anywhere you need. There are also cheaper and most importantly fresher then in your local flower shop, because they are literally just few hours old when they are dispatched and so last much longer! And off course the price is much lower, because online florists usually buy large amounts of flowers directly from growers as to cut out the middle man.
Also as people are more and more busy these days working long hours every day it can be time consuming to go to buy a bouquet of flowers from the flower shop. I am sure that one of the main reasons that an online florists are so popular is that it is very convenient and fast! Not to mention much easier then to be carrying large bouquet of flowers through a busy streets in the rush hour.
Surely the better option is to sit comfortably at your computer and click Florela - online florist and let the rest to us to worry about !

Hi Bloggers !
The good news is that recently I received several great comments from my customers giving us really good feedback. That is surprising not beacause we don't have a good product but mainly becaus from my experince its a mission to get a good feedback from anyone.
People are always to quick to complain and moan abour everything but to receive a pat on the back is rather rare.
So big Thank You to those who took the time to write few kind words - it means a lot to me. When I am making the bouquets I am always thinking about 'who will get it?' and 'Will they like it' or 'what will they think?' so its good to know that I am really making someone happy ;)
Soon I will add review section on the website for honest and truthful reviews !

Hello People !
Just to introduce myself - my name is Ela and just a few weeks ago I have opened my own company - Florela ! Very exciting ! Its an online florist.

I am also very interested what you may think so any feedback will be appreciated.
I triedto create something slightly different from the main stream online florist - something with elegant and slightly posh ;) I like to be creative and experiment with different shapes and matterials offering for example beautiful square bouquets. I also making sure that the prices are kept low as majority of florists are real rip off!
I am hopping to meet new people with similar experience sow can share some knowledge and maybe I can get / offers some advice too?
Also If anyonethinking to open an online webshop I will be more than happy to help with any questins you can have ;)
I am not a business woman but have lot of experiance in the Floristry having accomplished several florist courses in London.
If anyone out there think that open even the simpliest business these days is easy let me warn you that this is what I thought also :) Its a mission!
Anyway I am looking forward to speak to anyone who is interested :)
